Author and Private Chef Robin Asbell is a popular local culinary instructor, teaching about the joys of delicious, healthy food for over ten years. Asbells latest book, New Vegetarian (Chronicle Books), is filled with flavorful, beautiful food that just happens to be meatless. Her first book, was The New Whole Grains Cookbook, also with Chronicle. She also writes for magazines like Better Homes and Gardens, Real Food, Clean Eating, Vegetarian Times, Experience Life, Tauntons Fine Cooking, The Mix, and others. She teaches popular cooking classes in Minnesota and around the country.
